How to use
The file can be used on both wet and dry heel skin. Start by removing the dead skin, using the side of the file with the coarser grit. Then, to smooth the skin on your heels, finish the treatment by gently filing them with the other, finer-grit side. Complete your foot care by applying a suitable moisturizing foot cream. Wash the file well after each use.
